Terms and Conditions — 88ef Pakistan Online Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 88ef platform accessible at 88ef.run and all associated mobile or web interfaces operated under the 88ef brand. The Terms apply regardless of how you access the platform — browser, mobile site, or any future app release.

By completing the registration process and creating an account at 88ef, you enter into a binding agreement with the platform operator. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate, that you are legally permitted to use online betting and gaming services in your jurisdiction, and that you have read every section of these Terms before accepting them.

These Terms are written in plain English and made available in full on the 88ef website at all times. If any aspect of these Terms is unclear, please contact 88ef support at support@88ef.run before registering — our team will clarify anything you are uncertain about.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 88ef, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 88ef strictly prohibits use of the platform by persons under the age of 18. Age verification checks may be conducted at any point, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any other person or commercial entity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either through 88ef or through any other gaming operator or national exclusion scheme you have enrolled in.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of 88ef or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

88ef reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by support will result in account restriction until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each person may register only one account on the 88ef platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, valid mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your mobile number or payment details change, you must update your account promptly through the account settings section.

88ef accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to access or operate your account under any circumstances. Any attempt to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

4. Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on the 88ef platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard account tiers, though higher transaction limits require account verification.

The following payment methods are currently accepted at 88ef for deposits:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet and bank account transfers
• JazzCash — mobile wallet and bank account transfers
• NayaPay — digital wallet transfers
• SadaPay — digital wallet transfers
• IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer) — standard bank-to-bank transfers
• Visa / Mastercard — debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits are credited to your 88ef account balance in real time for wallet methods and within one business day for IBFT transfers. If a deposit does not reflect within these timeframes, contact 88ef support with the transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at 88ef is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have verified an alternative method through the account settings process.

Processing timeframes at 88ef are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Standard accounts within 24 hours; Pro accounts within 1 hour; VIP Diamond accounts near-instant.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Within 24 hours for all account tiers.
• IBFT / Bank Transfer: 1–2 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Visa / Mastercard: 2–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

88ef may request identity verification documentation before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above Rs 50,000. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement, not a delay tactic. Providing accurate documentation promptly ensures your withdrawal is processed without unnecessary hold.

Withdrawals of active bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements are not permitted. Only cleared balance — funds that have satisfied all applicable bonus conditions — are eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

88ef offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of offer. The general principles governing all 88ef bonuses are set out below.

Welcome Bonus: Available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus matches your deposit at the rate stated in the current offer (typically 100% up to a specified limit). Bonus funds are added to your account balance separately and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the offer details.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable balance. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on every bonus offer at 88ef. Sports bets and casino games contribute to wagering at rates that vary by market and game type — these contribution rates are published on the individual bonus pages.

88ef reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in active use will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of claiming.

Free Bets: Free bets credited at 88ef are valid for 7 days from credit unless otherwise stated. Free bet stakes are not included in returns — only the profit on a winning free bet is added to your balance. Free bets cannot be cashed out directly.

Acca Insurance: Where an accumulator insurance offer is active, the qualifying accumulator must have a minimum number of legs and minimum odds per leg as specified in the offer. The refund is issued as a free bet, not cash, and is subject to the free bet terms above.

7. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at 88ef are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the relevant market pages.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Mistakes in selection or stake cannot be reversed after confirmation. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• Prices displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the prices that apply to your bet. If an odds change occurs between clicking and confirming, 88ef will show the updated price and give you the option to accept or cancel.
• Bets on matches that are abandoned or postponed beyond 12 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned, unless the market has already been settled at a natural conclusion point.
• In-play bets are subject to the prices available at the moment of confirmation on our servers, not at the moment you clicked. Latency-related discrepancies are managed by our trading system, which may refuse bets placed with materially stale prices.
• The maximum payout per settled bet at 88ef is Rs 5,000,000. Multiple bets on the same event placed to circumvent this limit may be aggregated for the purpose of applying maximum payout rules.
• 88ef reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of price manipulation, match fixing, or any other integrity violation.
• Accumulators that include two or more selections from the same match will be treated as invalid and voided in full.

8. Casino and Games

All casino games available at 88ef — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and card games — operate on certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software or live dealer feeds from licensed studio providers. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers. The rules of each live dealer game are governed by the rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live game — a disconnection, video feed loss, or system error — the round in progress at the time of failure will be voided and any stakes on that round returned to player balances.

9. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88ef platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of all balances held:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the 88ef platform
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or account
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or money laundering
• Attempting to exploit bonus structures through coordinated multi-account activity or systematic abuse
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with games
• Attempting to access or interfere with 88ef systems, databases, or software
• Communicating abusively, threateningly, or harassing support staff or other users
• Using the platform if you are a self-excluded player or if you have been notified of account closure

10. Account Suspension and Closure

88ef reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation when requested
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including payment fraud or identity misrepresentation
• A court order or legal obligation requiring account closure or fund freezing
• Player request — you may close your account at any time by contacting support at support@88ef.run

When an account is closed for reason other than a Terms breach, any cleared balance (funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method. Where account closure results from a Terms breach, 88ef reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

11. Responsible Gaming

88ef takes responsible gaming seriously. The following tools are available to every registered player at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set in your account settings. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions are effective immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount over a rolling daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once reached, betting is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders at intervals of your choice to notify you of how long you have been active on the platform in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request self-exclusion for a period of your choice — from 30 days to permanent. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and you cannot register a new account. To reinstate access after a temporary exclusion period, a 24-hour cooling-off period is required and must be initiated by the player.

12. Privacy and Data

88ef collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary: your data is used to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform experience. 88ef does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88ef and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond 88ef's reasonable control
• Incorrect information provided by a player leading to betting errors
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain account security
• Changes to odds, markets, or results following settlement disputes by official governing bodies

88ef's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

88ef reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of the 88ef platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept a change to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Your cleared balance will be returned in full in that event, as described in Section 10.
